Per imparare a scrivere bisogna scrivere, scrivere, scrivere

Ho un consiglio per le persone che vogliono scrivere. Non mi interessa se sono 5 o 500. 
Ci sono tre cose che sono importanti: in primo luogo, se si vuole scrivere, è necessario tenere un sincero, impubblicabile diario che nessuno legge tranne te. Dove buttar giù cosa pensi della vita, cosa pensi delle cose, ciò che pensi sia giusto e ciò che pensi sia ingiusto. 
E in secondo luogo, è necessario leggere. Non puoi essere uno scrittore se non sei un lettore. Sono i grandi scrittori che ci insegnano come scrivere. 
La terza cosa è scrivere. Basta scrivere un po' ogni giorno. Anche se è solo per mezz'ora - scrivere, scrivere, scrivere.

I have advice for people who want to write. I don’t care whether they’re 5 or 500.
